Downtown Parking Tips
- Parking is free for 3 hours at Horton Plaza with a ticket validation in the front of information center in the mall. (WE DO NOT VALIDATE YOUR TICKET.)
- On Sunday and after 6pm Mon-Sat, green line, yellow line and meter are free to park.
